All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

After your order is processed:

  • A tracking number will be sent within up to 3 business days
  • You will receive tracking details via email

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • High demand periods may cause slight delays

Shipping Time (Worldwide)

Delivery time depends on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 10–20 business days
  • Europe (EU/EEA/UK): 10–25 business days
  • Brazil: 10–30 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Tracking Information

Delays & External Factors

  • Postal services or carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Significantly delayed

Incorrect Address

Order Changes & Cancellation
