I've had this machine for a few months. It was delivered promptly and put in my kitchen by an efficient and friendly driver and colleague. The machine is a perfect capacity for me as a single man with occasional visits by grandchildren, might be a little small for a larger family. The programmes available are not too confusing even for me and I have been able to choose effective cycles for most washes, even gentle enough for my woolens to survive intact. The washer has been effective at cleaning with the settings I have used so far. The spin cycle is fast enough for clothes not to drip after washing and gentle enough for more fragile fabrics or Teddy Bears. In operation it is reasonably quiet and balanced and I think this is a very good value machine for a single person or small family.

It washes well, fairly efficient but the thing wanders up to 8 inches when spinning a load so I had to mark it down for that. It sounds like its going to shake itself to bits banging into the cupboards on either side. So loud. Extremely annoying. I can't leave a load in and go out to get other things done as I can't trust where the thing will end up! It gets about better than I do!

I purchased this washing machine recently and couldn't be more pleased. It is extremely quiet and has a surprisingly good capacity. There are several useful settings particularly the rapid 60 minute wash and the eco wash settings — both of which make this an extremely economical washing machine. I recommend this product for its amazingly good price and its superb versatility. 5 stars from me.
